By submitting a press release through Green Press Collective, you agree to the following terms.
Payment & Processing: All transactions via the Green Press Collective submission form are processed by Ganjapreneur. By completing your purchase, you authorize Ganjapreneur to charge the applicable distribution fee. If you arrange to distribute through Green Press Collective via one of its members directly, your submission and payment are also subject to the following terms.
Content Authorization: By submitting an announcement, you represent and warrant that the information contained therein is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the authority to distribute the content on behalf of the named organization.
Content Guidelines: Submission guidelines are outlined on the submissions page. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these guidelines. If a submitted announcement does not meet our guidelines, Green Press Collective will offer suggested revisions where applicable prior to declining the submission.
Distribution: Green Press Collective distributes announcements to a network of four independent endemic publications. While every submitted release is circulated to all network members, publication is at the editorial discretion of each outlet. We do not guarantee that every member publication will publish your announcement.
Refund Policy: In the event that a network publication declines to publish your announcement, you will receive a $250 refund for each outlet that does not publish. Green Press Collective reserves the right to decline any submission prior to distribution. If a submission is declined by Green Press Collective prior to distribution, a full refund will be issued.
